1st Source Corporation is proud to announce that two board members were recently named to Savoy magazine’s 2021 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors list. Savoy magazine, the leading African American business, culture, and lifestyle publication, said the Most Influential Black Corporate Directors list is a prestigious acknowledgement of African American executives, influencers, and achievers active on the boards of the world’s leading corporations and organizations.
Melody Birmingham, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Duke Energy, has served on the 1st Source Corporation Board of Directors since 2018, while Tracy Graham, Managing Principal of Graham Allen Partners, LLC and Chief Executive Officer of Aunalytics, Inc., has served on the 1st Source Corporation board from 2012-2014, and again in 2021; from 2015-2020, Mr. Graham served on the Board of Directors for 1st Source Bank.

Ms. Birmingham has 26 years of leadership and managerial experience in the electric and automotive manufacturing industries. She contributes long-term perspective, current knowledge, and extensive contacts in the state. She has expertise in managing construction, maintenance, operations, engineering, resource, supply chain and project management as well as managing regulatory affairs, government relations, community affairs, and more recently information systems and technology.
Mr. Graham has 25 years of experience in the information technology industry as entrepreneur and executive. He is the Founder and Managing Principles of Graham Allen Partners, a private equity firm that specializes in investing in, and building, technology, and technology-enabled companies. Tracy has a unique expertise in enterprise technology, cyber security, cloud, data center and internet services and data analytics and artificial intelligence.
