Shelli Workman promoted to Group Head of Business Banking
1st Source Bank is pleased to announce that Shelli Workman will be promoted to Group Head of Business Banking, effective February 1, 2026. Ms. Workman joined the Bank in 2012 and has over 30 years of banking experience. She brought extensive experience with commercial real estate and helped start the Solar Financing division at 1st Source in 2015. Ms. Workman took over as manager of Business Banking for the Central Region in December 2016, and in 2020 became Regional President over both the Central and Michigan Regions. In her new role, she will gain management responsibilities for all business bankers, as well as oversee Treasury Services, SBA/Small Business, Solar Financing, Retirement Plan Services, and Business Banking Services. Ms. Workman is an active community member and currently serves on the boards of the South Bend Regional Chamber, Economic Club, Junior Achievement, and Indiana University South Bend Chancellor’s Advisory Board.
