1st Source Bank is pleased to announce that Sean Kearns will be promoted to East Region President, effective February 1, 2026. He joined 1st Source in 2003 as a business banker. In June 2019, he was promoted to East Region Business Banking Manager. During that time, he was instrumental in assisting leadership with the three-year planning process for the entire business banking team. He also worked to revamp and implement the Bank’s 1st Source Way sales training, defining our sales culture and process. Mr. Kearns holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Butler University, and graduated from University of Wisconsin Madison Graduate School of Banking. In the community, he serves as a board member and finance committee member for Bashor Children’s Home.
