1st Source Bank is pleased to announce that Jim Martindale will be promoted to Central Region President, effective February 1, 2026. Mr. Martindale joined 1st Source in 2020 as a commercial relationship manager and quickly moved into the role of Commercial and Business Banking Manager. Mr. Martindale has over 20 years of banking experience and has been heavily involved in the Bank’s manufacturing and small business areas during his time at 1st Source. He holds a degree in management from Bethel College. In the community, he serves on the board of the Studebaker Museum.
