We provide senior debt and acquisition financing for acquisitions, mergers, add-on and bolt-on acquisitions. Depending on the opportunity, we can also discuss lines of credit and commercial real estate financing for the operating company.
Our primary focus is the Midwest and Florida. We also consider select opportunities outside those areas, especially when an existing relationship is involved.
