Shanon Barnhart – Fraud Manager, 1st Source Bank
Shanon Barnhart is an experienced fraud management professional with a strong background in retail and operational banking. As Fraud Manager, Shanon leverages nearly two decades of industry experience to lead fraud prevention strategies, strengthen security practices, and support the organization’s commitment to safeguarding clients and assets.
Throughout his tenure, Shanon has held a variety of roles across retail and operational functions, building a deep understanding of banking processes, risk mitigation, and client service.

Chris Knight – Forensic Accountant, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
Chris Knight is a Forensic Accountant with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) assigned to the Complex Financial Crimes Squad. In this role, he reviews and analyzes financial records and documentary evidence in support of criminal and national security investigations. In addition to his work with the FBI, Knight serves as an adjunct professor at Butler University and Indiana University, where he teaches courses related to forensic accounting and fraud examination. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Indiana and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Lynn Chiu – Vice President and Agency Sales Manager at 1st Source Insurance
Lynn has nearly three decades of experience in the insurance industry working across both property & casualty and life & health insurance. Throughout his career, Lynn has held a wide range of leadership roles, including insurance advisor, director of operations, and agency principal. Lynn joined 1st Source Insurance in June 2025 and focuses on education, strategic insurance solutions, and strengthening client relationships throughout 1st Source Bank. Lynn holds professional designations, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM), Certified Authority Workers Compensation (CAWC), and Certified Captive Insurance (CCI)

Allison Arnold – Cyber Liability wholesale broker in the E&S insurance marketplace
Allison joined the insurance industry in 2014 and immediately began specializing in Cyber Liability. While working as a skilled Cyber Liability broker, she has significant experience reviewing policy forms, learning the everchanging exposures of the Cyber landscape, as well as keeping track of market trends in response to Cyber threats. She was one of the first ten Cyber Professional Liability Practitioners in the country and has presented on Cyber Liability many times in her career.
