Jan serves the bank as Vice President and Private Banking Manager for the Fort Wayne Region. She joined the bank in 2004, after many years of banking and leadership roles within the community. She earned her B.S. degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and

a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jan specializes in providing strategic credit and depository solutions for high- net worth individuals and their families.

Jan serves on the Board and Executive Committee for Greater Fort Wayne Metro Chamber Alliance, and represents 1st Source Bank on the Regional Opportunities Council for the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership. She has served on many nonprofit boards in the community, including Embassy Theatre Foundation (Chair),YWCA Northeast Indiana (Chair), Indiana Youth Institute (Finance Chair). Jan is a graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne and was honored with the Carl D. Rolfsen Stewardship Award from the Foellinger Foundation.
