Cari Wells serves the Bank as a Private Banker for the Warsaw area. Cari has been serving 1st Source clients for 20 years. She specializes in providing strategic credit and depository solutions for high-net-worth individuals and their families. Cari is

a graduate of Ivy Tech College and is involved with several community efforts close to her heart including serving on the board for Joe’s Kids and Junior Achievement of Koscuisko County. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce, Lighthouse Missions, and the Whitley County

United Way. Cari is also a recipient of The Ernestine Raclin Leadership Award and is a two-time winner of the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the year award.
