1st Source Promotes Kim Richardson to Vice President
St. Joseph, MI – 1st Source Bank announces the promotion of Kim Richardson to Vice President. Kim will continue to manage the 1st Source Hilltop Banking Center and she has taken on responsibility for sales, staffing, and leadership of six other area banking centers.
Kim graduated from Lake Michigan College with a degree in Business Administration. She has also attended the Leadership Academy at Lake Michigan College and the Michigan Banker Association’s Commercial Lending School.
Kim is also active in the community. She serves as a board member and treasurer of the Southwest Michigan United Way and she teaches classes at the Cornerstone Alliance’s Women’s Business Center. Kim is also an advisory board member and past chairperson of the Center.
