1st Source Lafayette Downtown Banking Center Gets High Marks

LAFAYETTE – Customers of 1st Source Bank’s Lafayette Downtown Banking Center really appreciate the bank’s great service.
 
That was the finding of a survey by The MSR Group, a national firm that measures customer satisfaction at banks across the country, including 1st Source. The organization recently honored the 1st Source Lafayette Downtown Banking Center for achieving the highest overall satisfaction score among all 77 1st Source Bank branches in 2013.
 
The overall score calculation is based on how highly customers rank their banking experience across the board, from the promptness and friendliness of staff to the cleanliness of the banking center itself. It is a strong indicator that the 1st Source Lafayette Downtown Banking Center consistently exceeds customer expectations.
