Elkhart, IN – 1st Source Bank has donated $10,000 each to Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County and LaCasa. The funds will be used in support of their affordable housing and community building programs.

The $10,000 donation to Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County will help with the building of seven energy efficient homes for families in our community. The new homeowners will also receive education on financial management and homeownership. LaCasa’s $10,000 donation will provide funding for year two of its Community Building and Organizing Program in Elkhart. 1st Source provided $10,000 in funding for the program last year as well.
