1st Source Donates $1,000 for Abigail Marie Little Playground

Columbia City, IN – Cari Wells, 1st Source Columbia City Banking Center Manager, recently presented a $1,000 donation to Tony and Ashley Little for the Abigail Marie Little Playground Fund held by the Whitley County Community Foundation.
 
1st Source made the donation on Wells’ behalf as a winner of the bank’s Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Award.  Wells was recognized for her commitment and volunteer leadership with the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement and other local organizations.
 
“I am grateful to 1st Source for making this donation to help with the completion of the playground in Abigail’s memory,” said Wells. “The playground provides a safe place for kids to play and is enjoyed by many families.”
 
The Abigail Marie Little Playground is located at Grace Lutheran Church in Columbia City. The playground was built in memory of Abigail following her untimely death at age four.
