1st Source Bank Recognizes Carol Lyn Jansen as Winner of Community Leadership Award

Warsaw, IN – 1st Source Bank has announced the winners of the fifteenth annual Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Award.  Five employees and five community volunteers who embody the spirit, values, energy and leadership of Ernestine M. Raclin, past Chairman of 1st Source Bank and 1st Source Corporation, were selected as 2013 winners of the award.
Carol Lyn Jansen, Office Manager of Jansen Orthopaedic Clinic, was among this year’s recipients. Carol Lyn was honored for her leadership and contributions to the Warsaw Educational Foundation, Wagon Wheel Theatre, Kosciusko County Youth Leadership and countless other organizations.
Other award winners include Greg Crawford, Dean of the College of Science at the University of Notre Dame, Ryan Fenstermaker, Business Relationship Manager at 1st Source Bank in South Bend, Kurt Janowsky, co-owner of Crystal Ballroom Catering in Elkhart, Mindie Colanese, Banking Center Manager at 1st Source Bank in New Carlisle, Marcia Hayes, Commercial Lines Agent at 1st Source Insurance in Knox, Tom Majerek, President of MDS Priority Delivery Service in Niles, Donna Duttlinger, Client Services Representative at 1st Source Bank in Kouts and Jon Hicks, President of In Good Company in Merrillville.
Each winner received a $1,000 award, a $1,000 donation to the charity of their choice, and a Globe of Leadership.
