1st Source Bank Donates $7,000 to Marshall-Starke Development Center
Plymouth, IN – 1st Source Bank has donated $7,000 to the Marshall-Starke Development Center, (MSDC), to assist with the purchase of a new van to transport individuals to and from the center daily, as well as to and from community based activities.
Connie Lemler, 1st Source Regional President, and John Fowler, 1st Source Business Relationship Manager, presented the donation to MSDC Director, Mike Lintner and Jodie Smith, Vice President of Adult Services.
“1st Source is pleased to make this donation to assist Marshall-Starke fulfill its mission,” said Lemler. “We recognize that without the transportation they provide, many wouldn’t be able to utilize the center to its fullest capacity.”
Marshall-Starke Development Center, Inc. (MSDC) is a not-for-profit organization providing comprehensive rehabilitative, vocational, and educational services to developmentally disabled individuals. In addition, a child development program is offered to non-disabled and at-risk children residing in Marshall and Starke Counties.
