South Bend, IN – 1st Source Bank announces the promotions of two employees, Bryan Phillips and Emily Walton.
Bryan Phillips, the Risk and Internal Controls Specialist at 1st Source has been promoted to Officer of the bank. In this position, Bryan is responsible for financial and insurable risk management, responding to security related matters, working with local emergency officials and overseeing the bank's contract management system.
Bryan received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is also pursuing the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative through the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Emily Walton has also been promoted to Officer. Emily is a Banking Center Operations Manager III and is responsible for the operation of three local 1st Source banking centers. Emily attended Indiana University Bloomington for two years. She has been active with the Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Network and is the Treasurer of the Indiana Chapter of the Children’s Heart Foundation.
