South Bend, IN – 1st Source Bank has announced the winners of the thirteenth annual Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Awards. Five employees and five community volunteers who embody the spirit, values, energy and leadership of Ernestine M. Raclin, past Chairman of 1st Source Bank and 1st Source Corporation, were selected as 2011 winners of the award.
Area winners include Sheri Bartoli, 1st Source Client Services Representative in Knox and Cindy Rash, 1st Source Agricultural Banker in Plymouth.
Bartoli was recognized for her leadership with the Starke County Legacy of Women, American Cancer Society, Bass Lake Lioness and 4-H.
Rash was honored for her involvement with the United Way, where she’s served on the board of directors, founded and chaired an annual fundraiser, and helped integrate the Culver United Fund into the United Way of Marshall County.
Other award winners include James Anton, Anton Insurance Agency, Chesterton; Phillip Maki, Southshore Companies, Saint Joseph; Kathleen Sparks, KADA Partnership and KADA Michigan, Mishawaka; Brad Toothaker, CB Richard Ellis | Bradley, South Bend; Dr. Mark Klaassen, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center, Elkhart; Carri Harrington, 1st Source Banking Center Manager, Niles; Courtney Cerajewski, 1st Source Banking Center Operations Manager, LaPorte; and Mark Dougherty 1st Source Assistant Auditor, South Bend.
Each winner received a $1,000 award, a $1,000 donation to the charity of their choice, and a Globe of Leadership.
