South Bend, IN – 1st Source Bank announces the promotions of Carrie Kosac, Amy Wagoner and Kristina Walker to Assistant Vice President.
Carrie Kosac has been promoted to Assistant Vice President after six years with the bank. As the Small Business Administration (SBA) Department Manager, Carrie uses her expertise to guide lending managers on the SBA loan process.
Carrie graduated from Davenport University with a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management. She is a volunteer teacher with the Women’s Entrepreneurial Initiative Program at St. Mary’s College, has served in the Mentor Program with the South Bend Community School Corporation and volunteers at Bittersweet Elementary School and Grace Lutheran Church.
Amy Wagoner has been promoted to Assistant Vice President after nine years in the bank’s Collections Department, most recently as Collections Manager.
Amy is involved in the community and has led the bank’s food drive that benefitted the YWCA, Salvation Army and the Center for the Homeless. She also volunteers on the PTO at Concord Eastside. Amy will graduate in August with her Associates Degree in Business from IUSB.
Kristina Walker has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. She has ten years of experience at 1st Source and is in charge of the bank’s Central Region Credit Department.
Kristina graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a B.A. in Psychology. She also received an MBA from IU South Bend. Kristina is a member of the South Bend Community School Corporation’s Community Control Panel and she is also a past board member of the school’s Dream Team Mentoring Program.
