South Bend, IN – 1st Source Bank announces the promotion of Danny Conroy to Assistant Vice President. Conroy is the bank’s Continuous Improvement Leader and he oversees the bank’s efforts to improve effectiveness and maximize efficiencies.
Conroy graduated from the IU Kelley School of Business with a degree in Business Economics and Public Policy. He is a graduate of the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership program.
Conroy has served on the board of the Susan G. Komen Foundation and he has also volunteered with the American Cancer Society. Conroy also teaches courses for the Saint Mary’s College Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative.
