1st Source Announces the Promotion of Carrie Kosac

South Bend, IN – 1st Source Bank announces the promotion of Carrie Kosac to Vice President. Carrie is the manager of the bank’s Small Business Administration (SBA) Loan Department and she will continue in this role.
Carrie is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Applied Science Accounting from Davenport University.
Carrie is active with the Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative and Spark Program at Saint Mary’s College. She also serves on several boards including the Family Justice Center of St. Joseph County, the city of South Bend’s Diversity Utilization Board, and the Community Investment Fund of Indiana.
