Purchase Rewards are available to all 1st Source Bank clients who have a Resource Plus® debit card and who are enrolled in Online and/or Mobile Banking. It is easy to sign up!
- You can see your exclusive offers within Online and Mobile Banking.
- Activate a Purchase Reward offer with a click of your mouse, or a tap on your mobile device.
- Shop online or in stores, or dine at your chosen Purchase Reward vendor, then pay with your Resource Plus® debit card.
- You’ll receive cash back, deposited right into your 1st Source account, by the end of the following month. It is electronic and automatic.
- You can track your participation and earnings on the Purchase Rewards summary page within Online Banking.
Purchase Rewards are based on how you currently shop, so the offers you receive are relevant to you. The more you use your Resource Plus® debit card, the more offers you’ll receive! There is no obligation and there are no limits to the cash back you can earn!

You can opt out at any time by clicking the “Stop receiving all offers” link on the Purchase Rewards summary page that is within 1st Source Online Banking. The offers are subject to the terms of the Purchase Rewards Program, which may be modified at any time.

Offers are based on how you currently shop to ensure the offers you receive are relevant. If you seldom use your debit card, you may not receive any offers until you begin using your card more. The more you use your Resource Plus® debit card and sign for the transactions, the more chances you will have to receive offers! Also, make sure you are not opted out of Purchase Rewards.
To opt back in click the Start receiving offers for this account link located in the Purchase Rewards box on the Online Banking homepage. If you have more than one checking account you will need to repeat this step for each individual account.
Rewards are not received at the point of purchase because no personally identifiable information is passed to the retailers. On average, you will receive rewards for redeemed offers approximately one month after the month the redemptions were made. For example, redemptions made in September will typically be credited to your account at the end of October. Check the rewards summary page on the website to ensure the purchase qualifies as redemption of the offer. If you do not receive credit for an offer you redeemed please contact Customer Service at 800-513-2360 or firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.

Check the rewards summary page in the Purchase Rewards section of Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app to ensure the purchase qualifies as redemption of the offer and to view the offer details. The offer either expired or was redeemed. Expired offers can be accessed on the rewards summary page in Online Banking. The expired offers page shows your expired offers in the last 90 days. Redeemed offers (for the current month and previous two months) are also displayed on the rewards summary page in Online Banking and in the Mobile Banking app.
No, once an offer has expired there is no way to retrieve it. You can view expiration dates for all your offers on the rewards summary page in Online Banking or in the Mobile Banking app.
