Touch ID is a simple, secure way to login to the Mobile App on eligible Apple and Android devices. You can use this biometric login instead of entering your user ID and password. Touch ID uses fingerprint-sensor technology to make your login authentication process quick and easy. Logging in with Touch ID will give the same level of access to the app as if you had entered a valid user ID and password.
First, you should activate the Touch ID (iOS) or Fingerprint ID (Android) function on your mobile device’s settings. Then, open the Mobile App, go to Settings, and turn on the Touch ID/Fingerprint ID button. Follow any prompts as shown. For app logins, tapping the thumbprint logo, or login button, starts the login process. Swiping to the right on the login page allows you to switch among other login methods.
