1st Source Bank announces the promotions of business bankers, Ryan Fenstermaker and Luke Squires, to Assistant Vice President.
In his new role as Assistant Vice President, Fenstermaker will continue to assist business clients with their lending and financial needs. Fenstermaker has four years of business lending experience at 1st Source in South Bend
and is the bank’s leader in Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, having made the most SBA loans within the bank. He also regularly offers his financial expertise to entrepreneurs at Innovation Park at Notre Dame, as part of the bank’s partnership with the Park.
Fenstermaker graduated from DePauw University with a degree in Economics. He is a board member of the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of St. Joseph County and is the co-founder and Treasurer of the Michiana Runners Club. Fenstermaker was a member of the Chamber’s 2010 ‘Forty under 40’ class, which recognizes young professionals who are leaders in our community.
As Assistant Vice President, Squires will continue to assist 1st Source business clients in the Fort Wayne
area with their lending and banking needs. Squires has eleven years of experience at 1st Source. In addition to assisting individual business clients, he spends time each week at the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center, where he spearheads an entrepreneurial preparedness program.
Squires graduated from Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a degree in Finance. He is active with the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, Northern Indiana Better Business Bureau, Young Women’s Christian Association and Erin’s House for Grieving Children.
