1st Source Bank celebrated the grand opening of its new Stevensville Banking Center
located inside the newly opened Martin’s Super Market at 5639 Cleveland Avenue.
The bank hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony, attended by Pat Moody and Regina Ciaravino of the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce; Dick Stauffer, Supervisor of Lincoln Charter Township; Rob Bartels, President and CEO of Martin’s Super Markets; Chris Murphy, 1st Source Chairman and CEO; Bob Ax, 1st Source Regional President; Joel Chrobak, Banking Center Manager and other 1st Source officials.
The new banking center features side-by-side banking to allow clients a more personal and connected banking experience. Gone are the traditional teller walls and clients are now able to see exactly what the teller sees during their transaction.
“We conducted extensive research on what consumers are looking for in a banking relationship,” said Bob Ax, Regional President. “Side by side banking gives them the straightforward and simple banking experience they want. It’s been a big success and we’re excited for our Stevensville customers to experience this new style of banking.”
Joel Chrobak, Banking Center Manager, presented Nick Dalton and Sue Young of Junior Achievement of Michiana with a $500 donation in celebration of the bank’s grand opening.
The new 1st Source banking center replaces the previous location inside the old Martin’s Super Market. The banking center is open seven days a week: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
