1st Source Bank announces the addition of Pat Novitzki and Mark Gould.
Pat Novitzki joins the bank as Vice President and Business Banker. Pat has more than 35 years of banking experience and will guide clients on their deposit needs as well as credit. He will also assist with other services available including insurance, retirement plans, cash management, trusts, investments, private banking, home mortgages and more.
Pat is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has attended the National Commercial Loan Lending School and the Graduate School of Banking. Pat is active in the community with the South Bend Rotary, Notre Dame Monogram Club and is a member of the Notre Dame Club of St. Joseph Valley.
Mark Gould joins the bank as Assistant Vice President and CRA Community Relations Officer. In this position, Mark will lead the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and fair lending efforts.
Mark has more than 25 years of experience in banking, most recently as an Assistant Vice President and Community Development Officer at Old National Bank. Mark graduated from Butler University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He has been active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, the Indiana Association of Community Economic Development and Indiana Habitat for Humanity. He has also been a board member of Riley Area Development Corporation (Indianapolis), a steering committee member of Mapleton-Fall Creek CDC (Indianapolis) and a Project Review Committee member of the Indianapolis Local Initiatives Support Corporation.
