Larry Mayers, 1st Source Regional President, has announced promotions and new management in the Fort Wayne and New Haven Branch network.
Debra Moser has been promoted as a 1st Source Regional Sales Manager and will oversee 10 banking centers in the Fort Wayne Region. Moser, who joined 1st Source in March, 2010 as the manager of the bank’s Downtown Banking Center, has nearly 25 years of banking experience.
Moser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne in Accounting and Psychology and received a Corporate Trust Certification from the Cannon Financial Institute in Charlotte, N.C. Moser serves as Treasurer for The Senior Alliance, Secretary/Treasurer of the Summit City Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), serves on the C.A.N.I. Community Economic Development Advisory Board and is on the Speakers’ Bureau for the Bank on Fort Wayne Program (BOFW).
Cindy Frederick will replace Moser as the Manager of the Downtown Banking Center. Frederick has served as the Manager of the 1st Source New Haven Banking Center for fourteen years and has 24 years of banking experience.
Frederick graduated from Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership & Supervision and has received her Life, Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. She serves on the board of the New Haven Chamber of Commerce, as a member of the New Haven Redevelopment Commission and is the President of the NorthStar Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI). Cindy recently became a Big Sister with Big Brothers/Big Sister of Northeast Indiana.
Andrea Ehresman has been promoted to the Manager of the 1st Source New Haven Banking Center. Ehresman joined 1st Source in 2005 and has most recently assisted clients as a Client Services Specialist. She has more than 20 years of banking experience in customer service, bank conversions, cash handling, and trust. She has also served as an agricultural assistant and has supervised several employees. Andrea was a previous State Delegate for Ohio Farmers Union, previous Treasurer for St. Paul United Methodist Church and completed several AIB (American Institute of Banking) courses.
Charles Kreie has joined the bank as Manager of the 1st Source Covington Plaza Banking Center. Kreie has 14 years of management experience, including five years in banking as a branch manager for Wells Fargo. Charles has experience in training, developing and mentoring employees, as well as achieving excellent customer service standards. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix.
Jamie Bankert has been promoted to the position of Business Banker at the Downtown Fort Wayne Banking Center and will assist business clients with deposit and cash management products and services. Jamie has been with 1st Source for 10 years and has banking experience in customer service, cash handling, private banking, administration and cash management. Jamie graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Management.
