Clients can now speak with a Customer Service Representative from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday by calling 800 513-2360 toll free.
Additionally, clients can access account information 24 hours a day by calling the automated Infosource line at 800 235-2557 toll free. Clients can get their account balance, transfer funds and more with Infosource.
