What do I need to do to validate my PCI DSS compliance?
The 1st Source Bank PCI Compliance Management Service includes: assistance in determining which version of the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) is appropriate for your business; administration of any applicable network scans; guidance on any necessary remediation efforts; and certification and validation of your account’s compliance. At your earliest opportunity, please visit us on the Web at www.1stsource.com/pci. At the bottom of the screen, you will see > Log in and become PCI Compliant. This link will direct you to the login screen at our third party PCI Compliance website. Click on “First time login?” to access your merchant account and complete the necessary steps to become certified as compliant. Please have the following information available:
- Your Merchant Number
- Last four digits of TAX ID or SSN on file
- Two-digit state code
- Zip/Postal code
You will be prompted to set a password after logging in for the first time. If you have any trouble logging in to the system or if you do not have internet access, please call Treasury Services Support at 574-235-2003 or 1-800-399-5592 or e-mail us at TreasuryServices@1stsource.com. You can also contact our PCI Compliance Helpline at 1-877-277-1176 if you need assistance with your SAQ, quarterly scan or any question specific to PCI.
