On the Login screen, why is the message "Logon Failed. Please enter a valid username or password" displaying even though you are entering the correct password?
Each time you enter an incorrect username or password the message displays, On the third attempt the account is disabled; for security reasons, the message continues to display even if you enter the correct username/password.
