In addition to the variety of learning opportunities, 1st Source has curricula that provide educational opportunities that further enhance employees' skills and development in many areas of the bank such as Consumer, Business, Credit, Business Banking, Management and others. We also have external training opportunities and in many cases will provide individual development plans tailored to their specific development needs.
