InfoSource Online at 1st Source is getting even better! In the
second quarter of this year we will be updating our online banking
system to provide you with more features.
In addition to all the benefits you have enjoyed in the past,
we are adding features that will make managing your money online
even easier:
A new design:
Redesigned pages will make better use of the space and simplify navigation.
Enhanced security:
New security enhancements will be implemented to help deter
fraud, and ensure we are providing you with the highest level
of security while you are banking online.
In the near future you will be asked to select an image and
a phrase when you log in to your account. Your image and phrase
will display whenever you access your account information online.
This will assure you that you are at the 1st Source site, and
it is safe to enter your password. Our improved security won't
change the way you regularly manage your finances online -- just
make it safer.
Bill Payment and e-bill:
You will soon have the option of paying your bills online.
- Bill Payment lets you initiate a payment to be processed
immediately or at a future date. You also have the option of
setting up recurring payments that will be processed automatically
each month.
- E-bill lets you receive your bills directly into your Online
Banking account.
There is no charge for the basic InfoSource Online Banking service.
Bill payment and e-bill are free to those customers with Easy
Banking Club, Easy Silver, and Portfolio Checking Accounts (includes
10 bill payments, $.40 each additional). For all other customers
there is a $6.00 monthly fee for bill payment and e-bill (includes
10 bill payments, $.40 for each additional).
New transfer options:
Set up future dated transfers and enjoy more convenience
in managing your finances. You can set up a one-time transfer
or recurring transfers between 1st Source accounts.
Download transaction history:
For extra convenience you can download your 1st Source account
information directly into popular programs like Microsoft® Money
and Excel. You'll then be able to:
- track your expenses
- set up a budget
- make tax preparation easier and quicker
Extended online account history:
When we update your online banking account you will be able
to access account information dating back to September 2006.
If you opened your checking account after September 2006 your
account information will date back to the time your account was
opened. After your account is upgraded, your transaction history
will continue to build to a 12-month rolling history.
More reporting options:
The custom reports feature enables you to selectively choose
or filter your account information by account type, date, check
number, amount, or transaction type to create your own custom
report.
Set up notifications:
Notifications can be established to let you know
- your account has gone above or below a specific balance
- a particular check has cleared
- a CD maturity date is near
Set up account nicknames:
You have the ability to change account names for easier recognition
(i.e. change the way an account is listed in your online register
from "xxxx8549" to "Household Checking").
Easy access to tools and education:
Conveniently located links will provide access to planning
calculators, and information that will help you manage your finances.
In the next month InfoSource customers will receive information
about this upgrade via email and U.S. mail. 1st Source is excited
to offer our customers enhanced security and improved features
with our new InfoSource Online Banking system. If you have any
