New Debit Cards
1st Source Resource Plus Cards will be mailed to customers with First National Bank debit cards on July 14, 2008. Details here.
Online Banking
You must have an ATM / Debit Card and PIN to convert your First National Online Banking Account to 1st Source. If you do not have a debit card, please apply for either a Resource (ATM) Card or Resource Plus (ATM / Debit) Card at any 1st Source branch. To obtain your new card number and PIN you should:
- Call your branch or customer service at 800-513-2360 to determine if your card number has been issued and is on the system.
- Once your card is on the system you must visit a 1st Source banking center to obtain your card number and PIN. You will be asked to present identification before this information is given to you. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it has been produced.
If you have a debit card but forgot your PIN you should visit any 1st Source branch. You will be asked to present identification before this information is given to you.
Telephone Banking
Customers will need a debit card to access telephone banking in the future.
Electronic Statements
E-statements will be temporarily unavailable after the conversion. Read this important information on how to save your old statements
