Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors degree
- Previous IT management
experience with strong leadership skills preferably in the financial
services industry
- Minimum of 10
years managing in a Programming environment
- Proven knowledge
of technology environments to include systems and communication networks,
programming, data processing and software applications
- Strong analytical
and problem solving skills with strategic planning ability to lead
departments and projects
- Ability to manage
multiple projects with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal
and customer service skills working with varied business units supporting
the goals and needs
Typical Duties include:
- Lead and manage teams
and projects in the IT division to attain goals and support the needs
of business units
- Develop and communicate business
plans in alignment with business practices
- Analyze and improve the
technology standards across the organization
- Assist and lead in the
strategic planning efforts of the IT Group to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with senior
management and business units to develop, prioritize initiatives,
and manage projects
- Additional duties as requested
